TREBBIO IN DER FEINSCHMECKER

We’re proud to announce that Trebbio has been included in the Top 100 Olive Oils of the Year by Der Feinschmecker, one of Germany’s most respected culinary publications. Among the 300 oils submitted for the 2024/25 tasting season, our Leccino placed 45th and Leccio del Corno followed closely at 51st - a remarkable recognition from one of Europe’s most discerning panels.

Since 2003, Der Feinschmecker has tasted and evaluated more than 15,000 olive oils from around the world. For the 2025 Olio Awards, a panel of international experts conducted blind tastings of 300 oils from six countries. Their selections highlight oils that best embody intensity, harmony, and aromatic complexity—the hallmarks of excellence in extra virgin olive oil.

This year’s results are featured in the June issue (6/2025) of the magazine, which includes a 22-page special on olive oil. Alongside the rankings, the editorial team shares recipes, tasting tips, and insights into what makes olive oil one of the most nuanced and healthful ingredients in the kitchen. The featured oils are also presented in an online companion with educational content, interviews, and a podcast episode exploring what set this year’s winners apart.
